Jay – Removed default listing, increased Credit Score from 450 to 720
Jay was a man who had faced hardship in his life, but he was determined not to let that define the future for his child. We met at the Pacifica property workshop for first-time buyers. As a single father, Jay’s greatest desire was to provide a stable home for his family. However, upon reviewing his credit report, it was discovered that he had an outstanding debt casting a shadow over his dreams of homeownership.
Outcome
We looked into his debt and default listing and identified a number of issues. We worked to remove this default listing, and after removal, Jay’s credit score went from 450 to 720. With a renewed sense of hope, Jay is now excitedly saving money towards the purchase of his first home.
